Arduino is an open-source electronic prototyping platform that lets you create interactive electronic objects. In other words, it’s a simple little computer that helps you to turn inputs into outputs. It’s not hard to learn, it teaches basic wiring and coding skills, and it’s ridiculously fun.

In this four-week pilot program, we will work together as a group on some introductory Arduino challenges, then develop our own projects. Our focus will be less on learning to write excellent code, and more on instant gratification, tinkering and hijinks. (If you’re interested in a more rigorous program, please consider our Arduino for Total Beginners class, offered in February.)

This program is open to ages ten and up, but we ask that younger participants be accompanied by an adult.

Registration is for all four sessions.
