Women in tech peer-to-peer: Scalable HR & leadership resources from Google

On April 25, join the DMZ’s fourth women in tech peer-to-peer, a monthly series organized in partnership with TD Bank and the Canadian Digital Media Network (CDMN), to network with other incredible women across the Toronto and Waterloo tech sector.

The session will feature Sabrina Geremia, Managing Director, Integrated Solutions at Google Canada who will share scalable HR resources for tech companies. Sabrina will focus on a few of the core resources offered through Google’s re:work site, including unbiased hiring and management techniques, people and productivity analytics, and how she uses these best practices everyday as a leader at Google.

About Sabrina Geremia

Sabrina joined Google in 2006 to initiate the UK Consumer Products and Healthcare sales team and to extend business across Europe. She returned to Canada in 2007 to work with a wider range of customers spanning CPG to Finance to Media and Entertainment. In 2009 Sabrina built the agency and industry relations team, transforming Google’s interface with agencies and industry bodies in Canada. Her current role is leading one of Google’s largest sales teams in Canada, driving integrated solutions for Finance, Travel & Automotive clients.

She is the founder and executive sponsor of [email protected] in Canada and writes a monthly feature on the Google Blog. Sabrina serves on the G(irls)20 advisory board and is an active member of the P&G alumni committee. Sabrina lives in Toronto with her husband and two children
