LaunchYU has partnered with York University's Divison of Advancement to bring you the Entrepreneurial Alumni Speaker Series; a series featuring top York University alumni entrepreneurs. Now in its second year, the series will aim to capture the real stories, challenges, successes and failures that they have encountered in their journeys.

These talks are meant to INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, and EDUCATE the audience on the realities of launching a startup in today’s world.

Trevor Coleman, BA '06

Founder, Muse 

Trevor Coleman is a startup founder, innovation leader and product designer from Toronto. As Founder of Interaxon, Trevor co-created Muse: the brain sensing headband, for which he won the 2014 Silver UX Award for Best Emerging Technology Experience. Since leaving the company in 2017, he has been consulting with clients including the Canadian Forces College, and Toronto Police Service, mentoring early stage startups, and working on personal projects, such as Dunbar, an app to help Adults with ADHD manage their personal relationships, and Come Bye: a casual sheep dog simulator game.
