Product Feasibility Bootcamp
YSpace and the Black Entrepreneurship Alliance are launching a second cohort of the Product Feasibility Bootcamp, a free online program, designed to support Black entrepreneurs and restaurateurs with food or beverage product. Over the 10-week program, entrepreneurs will be able to go from ideation to doing a full feasibility study of their product. Created by Black Creek Community Health Centre in partnership with Black Creek Community Farm, York University TD Community Engagement Centre, Startup Here Toronto, City of Toronto and YSpace, the virtual program offers workshops, mentorship and peer support. Business Bounce Back
Learn the art of the pivot: This three-month program aims to help people in the hospitality and tourism industry create new revenue opportunities by honing their existing business model or building a new venture. Entrepreneurs will be able to build their digital skills, stress-test their ideas and learn the latest strategies in social-media marketing and e-commerce. Applications open until November 14. This two-week intensive program offers attendees a solid foundation to help them grow their product or service-based companies. Designed for women entrepreneurs, ELLA Express offers mentorship, peer support and targeted workshops on everything from writing a business plan to pitching. Early-stage entrepreneurs can validate their startup idea, create a proof of concept and build essential skills through this free, six-week training and mentorship program. Participants receive interactive workshops, expert mentorship, peer support and startup resources.
