Next Founders, an entrepreneur development program from NEXT Canada, launched its search for Canadian startup founders looking to scale their businesses. The Next Founders program will bring together 20 founders of high-growth ventures to scale their startups with the help of key Canadian investors, business leaders, and a tailored education program.   

Eligible companies will also have access to $30,000 of non-dilutive funding.

Since launching in 2010, NEXT Canada ventures have created over 1,300 jobs in Canada.

Next Founders alumni include David Bloom, CEO and Founder of LevelJump; Abbas Alidina, CEO and Founder of Crowdbabble; and Jessica Ching, Co-founder and CEO of Eve Medical.

Nymi, which has raised more than $32 million for its biometric wristband; and inkbox, whose semi-permanent tattoos have inked customers in 154 countries, are also Next Founders alumni.
