The Creative Destruction Lab is now accepting applications for the 2019/20 cohorts of its two Incubator Streams — Quantum Machine Learning and Blockchain-AI. Incubator Streams provide additional resources (i.e. technical training bootcamps, optional pre-seed financing, office space, etc.) to early-stage venture or projects in highly specialized fields.
The Quantum Machine Learning Incubator Stream brings together entrepreneurs, investors, AI experts, leading quantum information researchers, and quantum hardware companies (D-Wave Systems, Rigetti Computing, and Xanadu) to build ventures in the nascent domain of quantum machine learning and quantum optimization. Participants also receive US$80k equity investment from three prominent venture capital firms, office space in downtown Toronto, and intensive technical training from industry and academic leaders in quantum computing and machine learning.
The Blockchain-AI Incubator Stream is a 10-month program which gives blockchain founders personalized mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs, investors and a community of visionaries in the fields of blockchain and artificial intelligence — including Anthony Lacavera, Richard Titus, Boris Wertzand more. Founders are also eligible for up to USD$100K in investment, office space in Toronto and intensive technical training from industry and academic leaders in AI, blockchain and crypto-economics.
International candidates are strongly advised to apply by the early deadline of March 14 and March 24 respectively in order to have enough time to obtain the appropriate visa and immigration approval. The final deadline to apply for both Incubator Streams are is May 19, 2019.
