PostBeyond, pitching on The Disruptors, wants to make it easier for companies to reap the benefits of newer software without replacing the old. Its platform creates a presentation layer that replaces older software that employees use throughout the work day, and delivers the same content in a more mobile-friendly way. The goal of PostBeyond is to give employees access to approved branded content that they can share to their own social networks, rather than having brands post their own content, which tends to be less trustworthy among audiences.
“We’re bridging the gap between old and clunky software and the millennial, mobile-first expectations of using software,” said Ivan Tsarynny, CEO and co-founder of PostBeyond.
Co-host Amber Kanwar said the company is acting as a bridge between two ways to work: an older suite of Microsoft Office tools, and newer tools like Slack. “It allows those previous generations to interact as effectively as millennials.”
