AceTech Ontario has a new look and a new name: Peerscale.
The organization states that the new identity better emphasizes collective learning and that its members educate and learn from each other through shared experiences.
The original name AceTech stands for “Academy of Technology CEOs,” but the organization has since grown to include COOs and executives as well, which lead to the rebrand.
Peerscale currently has over 200 members representing more than 120 tech companies in the Greater Toronto Area, Whitby, and Kitchener-Waterloo regions, including Wealthsimple, TribalScale, HiMama, and more.
“Peerscale has provided me with access to a community of peers that I can turn to with any business challenge I may have. It has been an invaluable resource and network, not only as a CEO, but also as a solo founder,” says Diana Goodwin, AquaMobile. “I’m thrilled to be part of the next chapter in the organization’s history.”
Peerscale has 15 peergroups for CEOs, COOs, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, technology, product, and customer success executives. The organization also hosts regular meetups and events to cultivate their community together and foster a network between Canadian tech entrepreneurs.
More information on the organization and the rebrand can be found on the Peerscale website.
