NoticeConnect has announced a partnership with Do Process Software to integrate NoticeConnect with Estate‑a‑Base®, one of Do Process Software’s award-winning programs.

Estate‑a‑Base is the most widely used estate administration software in Ontario. The software automates the Ontario Superior Court Forms, Estate Accounting, as well as numerous other documents and processes relating to the administration of an estate.

The partnership between NoticeConnect and Do Process will enable integration that will allow legal professionals to publish a Notice to Creditors or create a Knowledge of Will Notice directly on NoticeConnect.com from within Estate-a-Base. This integration will be available in the summer of 2018 and will be compatible with all NoticeConnect accounts and features.

“We're thrilled to be partners with Do Process,” said Patrick Hartford, Managing Director and Founder of NoticeConnect. “This integration will make it even easier for estate administrators to protect trustees from liability.”

The goal of the partnership is to make estate administration simpler by allowing faster publishing without switching between programs and eliminating duplicate data entry by using the client information already entered into NoticeConnect.

“We are very excited to have NoticeConnect as our newest partner,” said Grant Goldrich, Acting President of Do Process. “NoticeConnect’s simple, cost-effective approach to posting creditor notices integrates seamlessly with Estate‑a‑Base to make estate administration more efficient than ever.”

Founded in 2014, NoticeConnect is an online platform for publishing and accessing legal notices online located in Toronto. The corporation joined the Legal Innovation Zone in downtown Toronto in 2016 and was a finalist in the first Ontario Access to Justice Challenge.

Do Process has been developing software for legal professionals since 1989. Do Process applications are used by more than 14,000 Canadian legal professionals to manage more than 1.4 million transactions annually.
